I had the pleasure of working at Creative Baby Inc. from February 2017 to November 2018 as a product design lead and R&D manager in charge of Trend/CMF research, product and brand development, trade show design, and presentation.
As the R&D manager, I went on company trips to the China factories and vendors that manufacture our design and went through meetings to discuss the manufacturing process, troubleshooting, and quality control. I also participate in trade shows and sourcing trips to China and Hong Kong.
I was also responsible for the latest Creative Baby catalog and the visual design of the website as part of the brand development.
